Global Talent Acquisition Manager

The GTAM is a pivotal role responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies and operational excellence across multiple regions worldwide, including the US, UK, and LATAM. This role ensures the organization attracts, engages, and retains top talent while developing employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to support the company's rapid growth. The Global Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a strategic business partner to hiring managers and directors across the organization, owning the full recruitment lifecycle for internal roles.

What you would be responsible for

Talent Acquisition:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive internal talent acquisition strategy across the US, UK, and LATAM regions, aligned with Talento's growth objectives
  • Adapt recruiting approaches to meet the unique talent landscapes, labor markets, and cultural nuances of each region
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on talent acquisition best practices, bringing a consultative approach to all hiring efforts
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive intelligence to continuously refine and evolve the recruiting strategy

Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

  • Build and maintain robust, proactive talent pipelines across all regions and functions within the organization
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems, Boolean search methodologies, recruitment databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent
  • Develop relationships with industry groups, universities, professional communities, and thought leaders to expand Talento's talent network
  • Participate in recruiting events and networking opportunities to represent Talento and amplify its employer brand

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand:

  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a high-touch, personalized approach
  • Create visually engaging content using Canva and other tools for recruitment marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Develop and post bespoke content to boost Talento's employer brand and attract top-tier talent
  • Monitor associate feedback channels including Glassdoor, Indeed, and Google to increase positive employee sentiment and respond to feedback proactively
  • Craft tailored outreach messages and introductions that reflect Talento's brand and values

Interview Process & Calibration:

  • Design and continuously improve structured interview processes that ensure consistency, fairness, and quality across all hiring decisions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and directors to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and evaluation criteria
  • Facilitate interview calibration sessions to ensure hiring teams are aligned and making informed, bias-conscious decisions
  • Coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling, communication, and feedback collection, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties

Offer Strategy & Negotiation:

  • Lead offer strategy in partnership with the Global Head of HR and hiring managers, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with internal compensation frameworks
  • Manage the full offer process from extension through acceptance, including negotiation, communication, and close
  • Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to guide offer decisions and improve offer acceptance rates

Hiring Manager Partnership:

  • Act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers and directors across all teams, developing a deep understanding of their talent needs, team dynamics, and growth plans
  • Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from job scoping and job description development to final selection
  • Responsible for weekly reporting on the performance of talent acquisition, sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders
  • Build strong internal relationships that position the Talent Acquisition function as a strategic, value-added partner to the business
  • Partner with the L&D team to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding, setting new hires up for success from day one

Recruiting Metrics & Funnel Reporting:

  • Define, track, and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source of hire, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire
  • Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for improvement across all regions and functions
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights to the Global Head of HR and business leaders, translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Leverage metrics to drive continuous improvement in recruiting efficiency, candidate quality, and overall hiring outcomes

Employee Engagement and Event Coordination

  • Create and execute strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, focusing on both individual and team-level initiatives
  • Develop and manage employee recognition initiatives, such as awards, shout-outs, and peer-to-peer recognition programs, to celebrate achievements and boost morale
  • Develop strategies to enhance retention, including career pathing, mentorship opportunities, and targeted development for high-potential employees
  • Track and report on engagement data, providing actionable insights to leadership and suggesting changes to improve overall engagement

Experience & Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions
  • Proven ability to build and execute recruiting strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and directors as a strategic business partner
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for relationship-building
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruiting metrics, funnel analysis, and reporting
  • A creative mindset with a strong ability to craft engaging content and outreach messages
