Talento has partnered with a growing toy company seeking a  12 week Temp Graphic Designer to assist their Creative Services team. 

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to design and develop engaging retail display solutions including FSDUs, dump bins, PDQs, sidekicks, and endcaps. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Suite.  Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to create visually compelling display designs that enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Retail Displays: Create visually appealing and effective designs for FSDUs, dump bins, PDQs, sidekicks, and endcaps that enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
  • Planogram Development: Develop detailed planograms to optimize product placement and maximize retail space utilization.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product management, and sales teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and branding guidelines to produce cohesive and impactful designs.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and guidelines, maintaining consistency across all display materials.
  • Prepare Production-Ready Files: Produce high-quality, production-ready files and coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to ensure the accuracy and quality of final outputs.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design project tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under tight schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work related to FSDUs, dump bins, PDQs, sidekicks, endcaps, and planograms.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design software.
  • 3D Program design is a plus
  • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes related to retail displays.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative vision with the ability to think outside the box and produce unique and engaging designs.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all design work.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and 3D rendering tools.
  • Hybrid work environment

    DOE: $30- $35 Per hour
