Graphic Designer – Global Events
Plantation, FL – Hybrid
Position Overview
TalentoHC has partnered with a consumer products company in the Fort Lauderdale area looking for a 4 month contract as a Graphic Designer, creating compelling booth graphics, backgrounds, and exhibit designs for trade shows and corporate events worldwide. You’ll collaborate with our team to bring creative concepts to life and achieve event objectives through impactful visual design.
Responsibilities

Design external and internal booth graphics, backgrounds, and supporting graphic elements

Create exhibit renders and conceptual designs aligned with brand guidelines

Prepare graphics for large format printing and production

Collaborate with Global Events Team to translate event goals into visual designs

Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight event deadlines

Work with vendors to ensure accurate production and quality control

Requirements

1-3 years of professional graphic design experience in trade show, exhibit design, or related areas

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Experience with trade show and large format graphic production

Strong portfolio showcasing exhibit or large format design work

Excellent project management and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field

3D rendering software experience

Knowledge of exhibit construction methods

International vendor experience
Hourly Pay Rate (Commensurate with Experience): $31 – $36/hr
