TalentoHC has partnered with a PE-Backed global organization seeking an HRIS Analyst to join their People Team.
The HRIS Analyst manages and improves HR systems, ensuring accurate data, smooth system performance, and effective reporting. This role supports system updates, troubleshooting, and process improvements while collaborating across HR, IT, Payroll, and other teams. It requires a proactive, solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance HRIS platforms (e.g., HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Time Tracking)
- Act as the main support contact for HR system issues and user inquiries
- Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and testing (including UAT)
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data fields for business insights
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to improve workflows and system functionality
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Create training materials and support end-user training
- Assist with ongoing system enhancements and special projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of HRIS or HR-related experience with HR data
- 2+ years of Workday experience (HCM & Recruiting modules)
- Experience with reporting and calculated fields in Workday
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Knowledge of HR processes, terminology, and systems
