HR Business Partner
 

Talento has partnered with a leader in South Florida seeking a HR Business Partner to add to their team. This role will provide HR consultation and support to designated business units, lead organizational assessments, develop workforce plans, oversee employee relations, ensure compliance with employment laws, execute talent strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR consultation and support to a designated business unit.
  • Develop and execute workforce plans based on industry trends.
  • Lead organizational assessments and address performance gaps.
  • Provide tactical support to line managers and act as an HR liaison.
  • Analyze HR data and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Conduct recruiting activities, interviews, and assist with hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement standard HR processes and procedures.
  • Monitor HR metrics, conduct audits, and recommend improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.
  • Serve as an HR subject matter expert and provide guidance as needed.
  • Lead talent management initiatives and develop high-potential employees.
  • Work with managers to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Background for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Previous supervision experience preferred.
  • SHRM certificate preferred.
  • Previous supervisor experience preferred.
  • Experience working with senior-level executives preferred
  • Passionate about growing a career in Human Resources.
