Overview
We are seeking an experienced digital product leader to oversee the strategy, roadmap, and delivery a reservation platform supporting reservations, pricing, and revenue management. This role drives the vision and execution of digital products across departments, ensuring seamless user experiences, scalable solutions, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, guiding teams through design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership over the strategic direction, roadmap, design, development, and optimization of Proxima and related digital products.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to align digital product strategy with departmental needs and business drivers.
  • Lead teams in defining product vision, requirements, and user-first solutions, balancing desirability, feasibility, and business value.
  • Ensure product specifications and delivery align with corporate digital principles, standards, and practices.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-quality, on-time products.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that encourages innovation, dynamic communication, and problem-solving.
  • Drive product delivery accountability, prioritization, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Champion process improvement, agile best practices, and continuous product evolution.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to achieve both departmental and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Science, or Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, digital product development, or process/system improvement.
  • Proven success leading teams through ideation, design, development, and delivery of complex digital products.
  • Strong background in project management, agile methodology, and execution/delivery at scale.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and drive results independently.
  • Expertise in innovation, process improvement, and clean-sheet solution design.
  • Strong digital and technical acumen with a deep understanding of user experience.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure with limited direction or documentation.
