Title: Human Resource Business Partner
Location: Miami Lakes- On site

We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team and work closely with managers to support and enhance HR functions across the organization. This is a Junior role, requiring 2+ years of HR experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for supporting employees and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers to address HR-related needs and provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Support employee development programs and initiatives to enhance team performance.
  • Help manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Assist in the administration of benefits, compensation, and performance review processes.
  • Provide HR support on employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist in HR reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Bilingual (Spanish is a must/ English)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HRIS and HR software.

Experience in the health or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
