Title: Human Resource Business Partner
Location: Miami Lakes- On site
We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team and work closely with managers to support and enhance HR functions across the organization. This is a Junior role, requiring 2+ years of HR experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for supporting employees and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to address HR-related needs and provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support employee development programs and initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Help manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Assist in the administration of benefits, compensation, and performance review processes.
- Provide HR support on employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist in HR reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR or related field.
- Bilingual (Spanish is a must/ English)
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRIS and HR software.
Experience in the health or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
