Talento has partnered with a consumer facing company in South Florida on a role that will support Financial Systems across the organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Revenue Systems Project Lead to join the team. In this role, you will lead and execute complex projects that directly impact financial operations and work cross-functionally to design and implement systems, processes, and controls that enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and support accurate financial reporting.

This position is ideal for a seasoned project leader with deep experience in financial systems, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement across diverse operational environments.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple, concurrent financial systems projects impacting onboard and shoreside operations.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and engagement, and manage communications across departments.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution or mitigation.
  • Process Improvement & Financial Systems Design
  • Analyze existing workflows, systems, and financial processes to identify opportunities for increased accuracy, automation, and control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, etc.) to design and implement optimized processes that support accurate financial data capture and reporting.
  • Lead the development and implementation of internal controls aligned with SOX compliance standard
  • Training, Documentation & Change Management
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for policies, procedures, and systems configurations.
  • Deliver targeted training and support to shipboard and shoreside operational teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and practices.
  • Serve as a knowledge leader for revenue and financial systems, contributing to ongoing process governance and improvement efforts.
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure all project activities and system changes comply with financial regulations, corporate policies, and internal controls.
  • Maintain project artifacts and audit trails that reflect decision-making, testing outcomes, and implementation success metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field 
  • PMP certification or equivalent a plus 
  • 7+  years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis, or financial systems implementation 
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial processes, internal controls, and systems integration—ideally within hospitality, travel, cruise, or transportation industries.
  • Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal audit frameworks.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive results, and balance tactical execution with strategic thinking.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%, including internationally, to provide training and support.
