TalentoHC is partnered with a travel & leisure organization in South Florida seeking a Lead Salesforce Business Analyst to join their IT team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our technical and business teams. In this role, you will be a key connector, ensuring that the technical team understands and can implement business requirements efficiently. You will partner with stakeholders to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, aligning it with business goals and driving user adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the business operations and the technical Salesforce team. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Support the technical team in understanding the platform architecture, navigation, and object-field relationships.
  • Provide guidance on what can be achieved using declarative versus programmatic approaches.
  • Manage user accounts, including creating and deactivating users, assigning permission sets, and managing the role hierarchy. Oversee security settings, including sharing rules, IP restrictions, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Utilize tools like Data Loader and Import Wizard to manage data quality. Oversee data integration and migration processes to ensure accurate and reliable data within Salesforce.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using validation rules, process builders, flows, and other automation tools. Ensure that customizations meet business needs while adhering to best practices.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, user activity, and business outcomes.
  • Organize and lead technical and business teams to achieve project objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to Salesforce users, driving adoption and ensuring that the platform is used effectively across the organization.
  • Engage in day-to-day activities within the sandbox environment, including configuration work, peer reviews for functionality testing, and managing tickets for business review.

Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce platform management, with a strong understanding of platform architecture and capabilities.
    • Proven experience in Salesforce Administration, including user management, security, data management, customization, and automation.
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, with an understanding of different architectural approaches and customizations.
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration tools and processes, including Validation Rules, Process Builders, Flows, and data management tools.
    • Ability to create complex reports and dashboards
    • Excellent team organization and leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience in training and supporting users, driving user adoption, and fostering collaboration.

Certifications (preferred):

    • Salesforce Administrator
    • Advanced Salesforce Administrator
    • Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Designer

Work Environment

  • 70% of your time will be focused on business liaison activities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • 30% of your time will be spent on day-to-day technical activities within the Salesforce sandbox environment, including configuration and peer review tasks.
