Licensing & Collaborations Coordinator 

Overview

TalentoHC has partnered with a culturally-driven brand licensing and consulting agency that operates across entertainment, fashion, music, and consumer lifestyle. We are seeking a Licensing & Collaborations Coordinator to support the execution of strategic partnerships and licensing initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with the company President and senior account leads to manage product development, track project deliverables, and drive communication across internal and external teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in culture, creativity, and brand growth. This role will also support client relationship development, research industry trends, and contribute to the creation of impactful presentations and pitch materials.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the President and account leads

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Coordinate product development tasks, including:

    • Day-to-day communications

    • Managing licensor submission portals

    • Sample coordination

    • Production compliance

    • Forecasting

    • Royalty and payment tracking

  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on design feedback and approvals

  • Manage and organize submission and approvals tracker for clients

  • Create and manage agendas for weekly client meetings

  • Prepare client-facing documents, notes, and meeting recaps

  • Assist with quarterly forecasting and royalty reporting

  • Support account leads with current and potential new partners

  • Help create pitch decks and presentations

  • Conduct research and stay up to date on industry trends

  • Identify and highlight new opportunities for clients

  • Assist with other duties as needed across the agency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and 1–3 years of relevant experience; licensing experience highly preferred

  • Strong client service and relationship management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to clearly present ideas and follow up on feedback

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Passionate about culture, fashion, entertainment, music, and creative partnerships

  • Self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact comfortably with executives, clients, and partners

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs and project deadlines

  • Prior experience in an agency, entertainment, or brand licensing setting a plus

Salary (Commensurate with Experience): $65,000- $75,000 base
