Mail Analyst
Overview:
Talento has partnered with an International Financial institution in the search of a Mail Analyst. He/She will be responsible for the daily processing and distribution of mail, correspondence and courier packages.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the receiving, processing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage courier vendors
- Tracking mail related expeneses
- Ensure bill payments are processed
- Review and collect monthly bank statments of all processed mail
Qualifications:
- Assocaites or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsfot products
- Detail oriented individual with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
