We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Coordinator with 10+ years in manufacturing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. This role will oversee daily operations, ensure production efficiency, compliance with regulations, and manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and safety regulations.
- Optimize processes and implement improvements.
- Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Support training and development of staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related).
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, ideally in pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance (FDA, GMP).
- Leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or PMP certifications.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
