TalentoHC is actively partnered with a growing organization affiliated with a Family Office seeking a Marketing Specialist to spearhead marketing initiatives for the company.
The Marketing Specialist leads the development and execution of marketing efforts that build brand awareness, engage the community, and support business growth for the company.
Principal Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies that align with company goals and support business growth.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all customer touchpoints.
• Serve as the primary voice of the brand through marketing communications and community interactions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase visibility within the pinball and broader entertainment communities.
• Oversee and collaborate with creative partners and vendors to develop content, support initiatives, drive campaign performance, and stay current with digital trends. Community, Events & Public Engagement
• Cultivate relationships with fans, collectors, arcade operators, and key members of the pinball community.
• Organize and support events such as game launches, trade shows, factory tours, and influencer visits.
• Manage outreach efforts including press materials, PR campaigns, and media collaborations.
• Actively engage with the community and gather customer feedback to strengthen loyalty and enhance brand connection.
Education and Experience:
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or community engagement.
• Passion for pinball, gaming, or enthusiast-driven communities is a strong plus.
