TalentoHC is actively partnered with an enterprise organization seeking a Media Manager on a 3+ months contract to support their growing team on key initiatives in Q3 2025.

The candidate, in close partnership with the Marketing & Media Team, will drive external agency partners to develop and execute paid advertising (Including search, social, display, OLV, linear video, audio, etc) with the goal of driving and capturing consumer demand and driving qualified leads. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to drive media agency planning and buying.
  • Assist upper management in developing and implementing both long- and short-term strategies.
  • Work closely with media agencies and department management in developing budgets, audience strategy, and tactics across all linear / traditional media touchpoints.
  • Lead internal and agency teams to develop messaging & media creative, and testing plans for relevant channels. Continually evaluate, research and test new opportunities.
  • Work closely with agencies to ensure media reporting is accurate and delivers actionable insight and optimizations in a timely manner.
  • Elevate performance analysis to leadership, distilling all measurable metrics into contextually relevant business impact.
  • Develop and direct media testing roadmaps across media channels, with pointed focus on increasing revenue and driving innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and the Senior Manager, Marketing Ops in the development and usage of data infrastructure through AdTech products, as it relates to media implementation (CDP, LiveRamp, API integrations, etc.).
  • Ensure optimal consumer experience across purchase journey where Media is a touchpoint, while working with internal stakeholders including eCommerce, Analytics, Promo, and Product.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of media landscape and trends, championing bold and creative ideas.
  • Provide Point of Views (POVs) related to potential partnerships or sponsorships when applicable.
  • Manage and grow (2) Media Specialists – implementing new ways of working with Rebel Fish and Creative processes.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years marketing experience in media advertising with an emphasis on traditional (TV & radio) and also digital (paid social, search, display).
  • Previoius managerial experience with direct reports is required.

  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to present to (senior) leadership
  • Detail oriented with proven ability to move multiple projects forward cross functionally
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills
