Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to company executives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for executives

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed

  • Support HR, finance, and other departments with admin tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office role

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
