We are is seeking a paralegal to join the legal team and play a pivotal role supporting the legal aspects of all projects for a growing international portfolio company.  This is a unique opportunity to work with a passionate and collaborative team where your contributions directly impact the success of our projects. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting the legal and operational team with various tasks, including corporate governance, minutes, due diligence, research, compliance, and reports. You will work closely with the General Counsel and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of our large scale, international projects.


  • Partner with UK based team on corporate governance, preparing minutes, filings, etc.
  • Conduct legal research on regulatory requirements, zoning laws, local and international laws, environmental regulations, and other relevant legal matters affecting each project.
  • Assist in due diligence activities related to each project, ensuring legal compliance and identifying potential risk.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with all applicable legal requirements for each country, federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable.
  • Document Management: organize and maintain legal documents, contracts, records, etc. to ensure accessibility as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside the organization, including executives, stakeholders, project managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure legal requirements are met.
  • Assist in putting together legal reports as needed for executives.


  • Associate degree in legal studies or Paralegal certification
  • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Extensive experience with contract management
  • Experience in infrastructure development or commercial real estate construction highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of legal principles
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal research tools, document management, and MS Suite
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Able to work in office in Brickell Monday through Friday
