Lead, Payroll & Benefits
Talento has partnered with an organization in Boca on a search for a Payroll and Benefits lead sit sit out of their Boca office. We are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Lead to manage payroll operations and benefits administration during their transition from Paycom to SuccessFactors/ADP (Go-Live 7/1). This role will oversee biweekly payroll processing, including frequent off-cycle payrolls, and ensure seamless benefits administration with Cigna.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll for both business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the transition from Paycom to SuccessFactors/ADP.
- Process biweekly payroll and off-cycle payrolls as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to optimize payroll workflows.
- Administer benefits programs and address employee inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years processing payroll in a multi state exempt and non exempt environment with more than 1K employees minimum
- Experience managing payroll transitions and system implementations.
- Proficiency with Paycom, ADP, and/or SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and benefits administration.
- Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL 5 days a week
