Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market planning and execution for key product initiatives. This role will focus on exclusive destination launches and new ship rollouts over the next 3–5 years. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams and senior leadership to craft comprehensive marketing strategies based on development milestones and business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal operations and brand teams to map out all upcoming product initiatives and align them with the overarching brand strategy and marketing communications. Maintain ownership of product-specific information and messaging related to exclusive destinations, new ships, and onboard experiences.
  • Support the creation of integrated marketing campaigns for major product milestones, including destination development and new ship introductions. Contribute to the communication strategy and ensure messaging is cohesive across all marketing channels.
  • Liaise with departments such as New Builds, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment to shape a compelling product narrative. Translate complex product developments into clear, actionable marketing briefs for internal and external teams.
  • Assist in creating foundational marketing assets and thoughtful creative briefs tailored to each channel (owned and paid). Work closely with internal teams to ensure visuals and messaging are aligned with product milestones and brand guidelines.
  • Partner with creative agencies and internal creative teams to ensure product marketing efforts align with the broader brand strategy. Provide strategic direction and oversight for creative execution across multiple campaigns and marketing platforms.
  • Support regional marketing efforts as ships transition to new homeports. Conduct competitive analysis, collaborate on campaign development, and work with media teams to determine appropriate support strategies. Ensure creative assets are adapted and executed across relevant channels.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to guide strategic discussions and decision-making related to product marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the Guest Experience Governance Board by sharing relevant consumer insights, competitive research, and industry trends to influence the overall guest experience strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience working at an advertisement agency and/or managing an ad agency 
  • 5+ years of experience in brand product management
  • Strong understanding of digital applications and platforms across mobile, web, and social 
  • Knowledge of current and future trends in digital marketing and communication platforms and applications
  • Deep experience developing effective advertising campaigns 
  • Knowledge of media and creative analytics and experience with analyzing performance KPIs
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across multiple departments and stakeholders 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail in planning, risk mitigation, and budget management
