Program Manager
Hybrid – Los Angeles – 1-Year Contract
OVERVIEW
TalentoHC has partnered with a leading AAA gaming studio seeking a contract Program Manager to support their 1st Party Operations team. This person will play a key role in shaping Compliance QA processes and workflows across console and mobile titles. The PM will work with multiple cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure game content is tested against 1st Party requirements, driving critical compliance project outcomes through aligned expectations and coordinated timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead test strategy, results, planning and/or triage sessions with product teams and engineers
- Break down requirements into digestible information for stakeholders at various levels
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms so stakeholders can understand certification risks early and meet platform standards prior to submission
- Maintain documentation including walkthroughs, policy breakdowns, and requirements documentation for risk reporting
- Partner with Submissions and Game Team QA Leads to integrate vendor QA processes into production and release workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in day-to-day workflows and enhance the compliance testing process
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3+ years in a QA Lead, QA Manager, Project Manager and/or Program Manager role within 1P Compliance
- Experience leading testing against TRC/XRs on 1st Party development hardware (test kits, dev kits, etc.)
- Experience designing and executing test plans for Functional and Compliance QA
- Experience managing remote testers, defect databases, and custom test coverage reports
- Familiarity with 1st Party requirements across Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Apple, and Google
- Knowledge of submission processes and store portals for one or more partner platforms
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as JIRA, Notion, or Airtable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor detail for each audience
Pay Rate: $47.70 – $62.39/hr DOE
