Project Coordinator / Real Estate Development

The Project Coordinator / Real Estate Development plays a key role in supporting large-scale infrastructure and land development initiatives tied to international expansion projects. This position is responsible for coordinating cross-functional workstreams, supporting real estate development efforts, managing project documentation, and assisting with integration activities across multiple stakeholders.
The role combines project management discipline with real estate and infrastructure exposure to ensure accurate coordination, strong documentation control, executive-level reporting, and successful execution of complex development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Timeline Management
- Support coordination of multiple development and integration workstreams across business units
- Maintain and track project timelines, milestones, and interdependencies
- Organize documentation, meeting notes, and deliverables across stakeholders
- Provide consistent communication regarding status updates, risks, and dependencies
- Represent the team in meetings and clearly communicate project needs
Real Estate & Infrastructure Development
- Assist with feasibility studies and land development initiatives
- Support scope definition for adjacent real estate projects including workforce housing, food & beverage operations, utilities, security infrastructure, and technology buildouts
- Coordinate development documentation and vendor communications
- Support infrastructure planning efforts including water treatment, waste management, and site services
Contracts & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Assist with contract tracking, vendor documentation, and agreement coordination
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, development, and strategy teams
- Support integration of newly developed or acquired assets into shared services structures
- Ensure development initiatives align with long-term strategic objectives
Reporting & Executive Presentations
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations and project briefs
- Support business case modeling and financial justification materials
- Prepare updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Track and report on strategic initiative progress
Process Improvement & Special Projects
- Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, documentation flow, and stakeholder alignment
- Support ad hoc analysis and special initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, infrastructure, M&A integration, or corporate development
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience working with contracts and development documentation
- Spanish fluency required (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
