Overview

TalentoHC has partnered with a leading provider in IT Software Development organization that is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong working relationships.

**The position will begin as a contract role, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role depending on performance and organizational requirements.**

Responsibilities:

  • Development of project plans including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage project activities, timelines, and milestones to ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
  • Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Effectively manage projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee project scheduling as needed across the organization and coordinate with project leadership, program managers, project coordinators, vendors, executive assistants, etc.
  • Lead project coordination for meetings, events, and other activities.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Organize and lead project-related meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Manage comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Maintain working relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of Project Management experience
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is preferred.
  • Detail oriented and organized to ensure stakeholders needs are met.
  • Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
