About the Opportunity
TalentoHC is actively partnered with a fast-growing personal care brand (part of a large consumer goods portfolio), seeking a part-time Contract Recruiter for approximately 3 months. This is a fully remote, W2 contract role based in PST.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate functions including brand marketing, product, finance, and operations
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor, navigating multiple stakeholders and personalities in a fast-paced environment
- Source and screen both active and passive candidates across all levels
- Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage candidate communications end-to-end
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse
- Support the TA team with sourcing and pipeline building as needed
- Deliver a strong candidate experience from first touchpoint through start date
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; CPG, e-commerce, or consumer brand background strongly preferred
- Greenhouse ATS experience required
- Ability to recruit across diverse functions — from corporate roles to production/manufacturing
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Available to work 20–40 hours per week with flexibility depending on business needs
- Must be available during PST hours
Hourly Pay Rate: $20 – $32/hr (Commensurate with Experience)
