About the Opportunity
TalentoHC is partnering with Restaurant Services, Inc. (RSI), the exclusive purchasing and supply chain management cooperative supporting the U.S. Burger King® restaurant system, to identify a Regional Distribution & Member Support Manager.
This role serves as the primary relationship manager between franchise owners, distributors, bakeries, suppliers, and corporate stakeholders within an assigned region. The ideal candidate brings a blend of supply chain operations, relationship management, and problem-solving expertise with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges and drive solutions across a multi-unit restaurant network.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners and restaurant leadership teams within an assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, distributors, bakeries, suppliers, and Burger King corporate field teams.
• Partner with Local Distribution Committees (LDCs) to identify opportunities to improve service, cost, quality, and supply chain performance.
• Lead LDC meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, and communicate outcomes to members and executive leadership.
• Monitor distributor performance against established service standards and key performance indicators.
• Conduct distributor scorecard reviews and participate in business reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions, inventory shortages, product availability concerns, and service issues.
• Coordinate holiday delivery schedules, distributor transitions, route changes, inventory transfers, and recovery activities.
• Support product recalls, withdrawals, and resupply efforts while ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to proactively address operational challenges impacting restaurant performance.
• Assist franchise owners and restaurant operators with supply chain programs, promotions, distribution services, and quality concerns.
• Monitor distributor fees, surcharges, and additional charges while identifying opportunities to improve restaurant profitability.
• Maintain accurate member and leadership contact information across the assigned region.
• Conduct restaurant visits and participate in franchisee meetings to gather feedback and strengthen member relationships.
• Partner cross-functionally with Purchasing, Distribution & Logistics, Promotions Planning, Inventory Management, Finance, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, franchise operations, foodservice, retail operations, account management, customer success, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant, franchise, retail, or distribution networks is highly preferred.
• Foodservice distribution, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel throughout an assigned region and support critical supply chain activities outside normal business hours when required.
