Sales Order Specialist
Overview
TalentoHC is partnered with a growing PE-backed enterprise organization seeking a Sales Order Specialist through year-end. The person in this role will manage the order lifecycle from award to shelf, ensuring accurate customer order data and on-time product delivery. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Logistics, and Asia-based operations teams to maintain operational accuracy and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete order lifecycle from initial award through final delivery
- Ensure accuracy of customer order data and documentation
- Monitor and coordinate on-time product delivery to shelf
- Proactively identify and resolve potential operational issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Logistics
- Coordinate with Asia-based operations teams
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Support sales team operations and customer satisfaction initiatives
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in order operations, order management, sales operations, or sales support
- Advanced Google Docs or Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, import ranges, data reconciliation)
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Hourly Pay Rate (Commensurate with Experience): $24 – $27/hr
