About the Opportunity

TalentoHC has partnered with an industry leader in supply chain and delivery solutions to find a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1+ years of experience to break into a high-growth logistics tech sector. You will be the engine of our sales pipeline, researching prospective accounts, executing outbound campaigns, and qualifying leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Lead Qualification: Connect with inbound leads and target accounts to understand their business challenges and qualify them for the sales team.

  • Pipeline Management: Schedule qualified meetings and accurately track all activities and data within Salesforce.

  • Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach scripts, email templates, and target account lists.

  • Event Representation: Attend select industry trade shows and events (up to 20% travel) to network and build pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or retail environment (cold calling experience is a huge plus).

  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce) and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) preferred.

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong time-management and relationship-building skills.

  • Occasional travel (up to 20%) for annual industry events and team meetings
