TalentoHC is actively partnered with a fast-growing PE-backed organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with daily accounting operations, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure financial records align with GAAP and company policies.
- Support variance analysis, external audits, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with FP&A and Treasury teams for accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze contracts to provide relevant accounting guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 4+ years of accounting experience (public/private).
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial analysis skills.
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; NetSuite experience preferred.
