About the opportunity
TalentoHC is partnering with a global retailer in Food & Beverage/Hospitality seeking a Senior Analyst, Oracle Simphony to join its growing technology team in Mexico. This role is responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous optimization of the Oracle Simphony POS ecosystem across a large restaurant network. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in POS operations, menu management, and multi-unit system administration, with a strong understanding of QSR environments and the operational discipline to ensure data integrity across POS, back-office, and digital platforms. This opportunity offers direct impact on store operations and commercial initiatives while working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of Oracle Simphony across all restaurant locations, ensuring system stability, uptime, and correct functionality aligned with business needs
- Configure and maintain POS structure including revenue centers, menu hierarchies, POS keys, screens, and operational parameters
- Execute creation and updates of menu items, combos, modifiers, pricing, and promotions, ensuring accurate, timely deployment across all locations
- Maintain alignment between menu items and inventory systems, supporting product catalog consistency in partnership with Supply Chain and Operations
- Create, update, and manage user roles, permissions, and access levels within Simphony, ensuring compliance with security policies and audit requirements
- Diagnose and resolve configuration, transaction, and reporting issues; coordinate with Oracle support or internal IT teams as needed
- Ensure transactional data accuracy between POS, back-office, and reporting systems; support data validation processes for sales, inventory, and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience working with Oracle Simphony or a comparable enterprise POS platform
- Experience in QSR, retail, or multi-unit restaurant environments strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Simphony, including menu management, EMC, and system configuration
- Understanding of POS integrations with inventory systems, ERP platforms, or digital ordering channels
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to validate data and generate meaningful reports
- SQL or database knowledge is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy; strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Operational mindset with a clear understanding of restaurant workflows and speed-of-service requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
