Social Media Content Producer
Talento has partnered with a consumer facing Fortune500 organization on a producer who will be responsible for capturing, developing, and editing engaging video content to support a luxury brand's social media and digital marketing channel. You will be tasked with creating compelling social videos that boost their engagement and overall presence; following brand guidelines and aligning with their strategic priorities and schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large consumer facing brands and be able to travel nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Produce and edit content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) that resonates with brand and audience
- Oversee the full post production process, including video editing, sound design, motion graphics, etc. to delivery high-quality finished products
- Partner with internal marketing, PR, and creative teams to conceptualize and develop compelling content that aligns with campaign goals
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand standards and guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual and narrative style across platforms
- Tailor video content for optimal performance on different platforms
- Organize and manage a library of video assets, ensuring accessibility to repurpose across campaigns
- Stay up to date on social media trends, video editing techniques, platform updates, etc. to ensure content remains current and engaging
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in video editing and retouching
- 5+ years of experience developing content for a consumer facing brand with a large social media following
- Must have portfolio
- Experience creating content for aviation, hotel, cruise, destination preferred
- Must be a creative thinker and have a keen eye for design
- Must have expert knowledge of editing on Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop, layers, masks, paths, color correction tools, actions, and non-destructive workflow
- Strong understanding or current and emerging media formats
- Strong color management and color theory skills
- Experience tailoring material for web highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, and able to follow creative direction and collaborate with other departments to build upon creative ideas
