Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview
TalentoHC has partnered with a global leader in gaming & entertainment to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will focus on recruiting operations, data integrity, and system administration while collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth, accurate, and compliant hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including job postings, systems administration, and responding to inquiries regarding TA policies and procedures
- Process, verify, and maintain talent-related data, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of requests
- Support the administration of TA vendor tools, including managing user seats and responding to internal access or system requests
- Perform regular audits and data quality checks across TA systems and vendor platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn) to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and complianceDevelop and distribute compliance-related communications across the organization
Requirements
- 1+ year of recruiting, recruiting coordination, or related HR/operations experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Experience building and maintaining effective working relationships across teams
- Demonstrated experience working with data, reporting, or audits in a recruiting, HR, or operations environment
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with HRIS or recruiting systems such as Greenhouse ATS, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Proficiency with G Suite, particularly Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets
- Working knowledge of Talent Acquisition and HR terminology, processes, and best practices
Compensation: $33.27/hr – $43.82/hr
