Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and train tax team members, ensuring their professional growth through performance evaluations and career guidance.
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, providing technical expertise and maintaining quality standards.
- Serve as a primary contact for client tax planning and advisory needs, ensuring tailored solutions and strategic guidance.
- Plan and execute workflows for tax engagements, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage client interactions, such as conducting meetings, assisting with planning documents, and addressing inquiries.
- Represent clients in audits and examinations with government agencies, ensuring compliance and resolution of issues.
- Stay informed on changes in tax laws and accounting practices, applying this knowledge to client engagements and internal processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Active CPA license or equivalent professional designation.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting, including a track record of cultivating strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to represent clients before regulatory agencies and manage tax audits.
- Expertise in tax preparation software, financial analysis tools, and US GAAP compliance.
