TalentoHC is partnered with a travel & leisure organization seeking a Treasury Analyst on a contract basis (4-month assignment).
This Treasury Analyst will support the Treasury team’s ongoing operational and reporting requirements and cover for a maternity leave.
They will analyze and coordinate all funding requests. Prepare documentation for bank compliance and bank account maintenance. Maintain accurate records, provide timely reporting schedules, and prepare various analytical reports as assigned.
• Balance bank accounts daily based on previous day and real-time activity.
• Update daily cash reports for activity accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of bank accounts, including authorized signers, bank contacts, account features, etc.
• Assist with the opening and closing of bank accounts as required per the Company’s needs.
• Coordinate payment of all Treasury-related invoices by reviewing, logging, and coding invoices for payment approval.
• Work directly with Accounts Payable on any invoice and/or vendor setup queries. Prepare and update accruals as needed.
• Maintain records of Complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation for banks.
• Update and properly organize documentation for all fuel hedge positions.
• Review monthly counterparty settlement advice for accuracy.
• Input new trades into Accounting software and ensure all trade confirmations are executed and distributed to counterparties.
• Assist with year-end cash, debt, and derivatives audit confirmation requests.
• Perform other ad hoc requests as assigned.
Required
• 1 year of treasury/financial analysis experience
