Vice President, Marketing

Overview:
Talento has partnered with a high growth tele health organization seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing VP to lead their marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing all marketing operations, and working closely with senior leadership to achieve company objectives. This role is crucial in building our brand presence and driving customer acquisition in the medical weight loss industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition strategy and optimize conversion rates
  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify market opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with medical marketing regulations and guidelines
  • Ensure attribution and tracking are in place and working for all traffic sources.
  • Develop and maintain marketing SOPs and best practices
  • Track and manage timelines for all ongoing marketing projects within the organization
  • Escalate critical issues or roadblocks to the COO & CMO in a timely manner
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize marketing budget across all channels
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and professional development
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including paid advertising, SEO, and social media
  • Direct content strategy and brand messaging across all platforms
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with agency partners to ensure alignment with marketing objectives
  • Present marketing performance reports to senior leadership
    • Provide bi-weekly reporting on key metrics to senior management
    • Prepare and present comprehensive end-of-month reports

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Must have Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Direct Response (DR) experience.
  • Proven success in generating e-commerce revenue and customer acquisition
  • Deep understanding of all marketing channels, LTV:CAC, CAC strategies, etc. 
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills with data driven decision making ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in creating and presenting reports to senior management
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics
  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
