CMS Consultant
Employment Type: Contract (Hybrid or Remote)

Overview:
TalentoHC is supporting a client in the Entertainment industry that is looking for an experienced CMS Specialist/Consultant to help lead a key content migration project using Builder.io.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of web content population and page publishing using Builder.io.
- Translate content audits and page inventories into a tactical delivery roadmap.
- Manage workflows and task assignments for content producers and coordinators.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, brand, regional) to validate and approve content.
- Maintain the CMS structure, naming conventions, and content hierarchy.
- Troubleshoot component/publishing issues and optimize usage within Builder.io.
- Run QA checks for formatting, accuracy, and functionality across hundreds of pages.
- Provide status updates and escalate blockers proactively to stay on timeline.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in digital content production, CMS migration, or content operations.
- Proven hands-on experience with Builder.io
- Familiarity with structured or headless CMS environments (e.g., Contentful, Content Stack).
- Understanding of responsive layout principles, SEO best practices, and accessibility.
- Experience managing junior team members or freelancers in a fast-paced content workflow.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and confident operating independently.
Tools & Platforms:
- Builder.io (HIGHLY preferred; experience with some headless CMS – Contentful, Content Stack, etc – required)
- Google Docs, Sheets, and collaborative task-tracking tools (e.g., Confluence, Asana, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Familiarity with Figma or design systems a plus
- Experience using basic QA tools or browser-based testing
