Website Quality Control Specialist
Overview:
TalentoHC has partnered with a leading travel and hospitality company to find a Website Quality Control Specialist. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to effectively perform their responsibilities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the website and its international counterparts maintain the highest standard of accuracy, functionality, and timeliness. The position will audit and review website content and performance, verify the implementation of promotional offers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the website delivers an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Audit website content regularly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting across all pages, including cruise itineraries, pricing, and promotional offers
• Test website functionality, including links, forms, navigation, and interactive elements, to ensure an optimal user experience
• Ensure timely implementation and removal of promotional offers, seasonal updates, and other time-sensitive content
• Coordinate with the marketing team to verify the alignment of web content with promotional campaigns and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to identify and resolve website bugs or performance issues
• Work with sales and revenue management teams to validate pricing and inventory information on the website
• Monitor and maintain adherence to SEO best practices across web pages
• Document and report quality control findings, including errors, inconsistencies, or issues, and track resolutions
• Support the uploading and maintenance of content using the company’s content management system (CMS)
• Assist in basic HTML edits and troubleshooting when needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Software, Internet Software, Spreadsheet Software, Word Processing Software, Electronic Mail Software, Presentation Software, Reservation Software, Phone Software.
- Computer skills: Accounting Software; Contact Management Systems; Development Software; Inventory Software; Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software, Database Software, Design.
- Basic understanding of HTML and experience working with CMS platform.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with website analytics and SEO principles is a plus.
- Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, or e-commerce is a bonus.
