TalentoHC is looking for a Recruiting Specialist in Caracas who is ready to build the skills, confidence, and market knowledge that turn strong recruiting execution into long-term talent expertise. You’ll play an important role in keeping searches moving—from researching and engaging talent to supporting candidate assessment and bringing market insights into the process. Along the way, you’ll develop the judgment, communication skills, and recruiting toolkit needed to take on greater ownership and grow your career within talent acquisition.
Own the day-to-day execution of assigned recruiting searches, partnering with recruiters, customer experience teams, and hiring stakeholders to identify, engage, assess, and deliver high-quality talent.
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will build strong recruiting fundamentals while gaining exposure to different industries, functions, talent markets, and search strategies. You will combine research, sourcing, candidate engagement, structured assessment, and recruiting data to keep searches moving and help customers make better talent decisions.

- Own the Search Process: Manage assigned requisitions from intake through candidate progression, keeping priorities, requirements, activity, and next steps organized throughout the search.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Research and identify qualified talent across active and passive markets, developing targeted pipelines aligned with each search strategy.
- Turn Requirements into Search Action: Translate customer requirements into practical sourcing approaches, search tactics, and candidate profiles in partnership with recruiters and customer-facing teams.
- Engage Talent with Purpose: Create thoughtful, compelling candidate outreach that reflects the opportunity, the customer, and the broader employment brand.
- Assess Talent with Structure: Conduct structured screens and interviews, document candidate insights, and provide clear information to support recruiter and customer decision-making.
- Bring Market Intelligence to the Search: Monitor candidate availability, compensation dynamics, competitive talent markets, and search activity to surface relevant insights and adjust recruiting tactics when needed.
- Keep Searches Moving: Track pipeline activity, candidate progress, and search milestones while proactively communicating updates, challenges, and opportunities.
- Grow Through Collaboration: Learn from experienced recruiters, contribute to team initiatives, and continuously strengthen your recruiting toolkit, market knowledge, and judgment.
- Building strong, relevant pipelines: Qualified talent consistently moves through the funnel, aligned with search requirements and customer expectations.

- Creating meaningful candidate engagement: Outreach and interactions build trust and deliver a professional, compelling candidate experience.
- Providing clear candidate insights: Screens and assessments generate thoughtful, well-documented insights that help customers make confident hiring decisions.
- Maintaining reliable search visibility: Recruiting activity, progress, and metrics are accurate, up to date, and actionable for the team and customer.
- Adapting search strategy: Sourcing approaches evolve based on market conditions, candidate availability, response rates, and search performance.
- Continuously strengthening recruiting expertise: You become increasingly confident, independent, and effective across different searches, functions, and talent markets.
- Elevating the team: You make those around you better through collaboration, accountability, knowledge sharing, and a willingness to learn.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, executive search, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing, talent research, candidate identification, screening, or recruiting coordination.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, requisitions, or candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated interest in understanding businesses, industries, functions, and talent markets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent English required.
