Meet Brooke
Brooke Del Solar is Director of Customer Development & Experience, leading our customer experience team in delivering talent acquisition and human capital consulting solutions to our customers. Brooke continuously advocates for customers’ needs serving as a key talent expert in our Orlando and New York City markets. Prior to TalentoHC, Brooke served as Director of Recruiting for a large national firm with business interests in legal & technology and as an Account Manager in a Fortune 500 recruiting company.
Brooke is passionate about operational excellence, building high performance teams and contributing to the know-how of teams through collaboration and practice sharing. Brooke and her team serve as an extension of customers’ internal leadership by providing strategic insights, solutions, recommendations, and overall execution.
When not directing, Brooke enjoys
Spending time with her husband, Frank, and their animals, Khaleesi, the yellow Lab, Mila, the red Doberman, and Sylvester the Silver Bengal. They work hard so they can travel, and they work out so they can eat good food.
