Archie Hughes is a Managing Director at TalentoHC, where he leads the ERP, Salesforce, and Workday practices while overseeing the Newcastle office. He works closely with implementation partners, enterprise end clients, higher education institutions, and state, local, and federal government organisations to build high-performing technology teams that deliver complex digital transformation initiatives.
With nearly a decade of experience in technology recruitment, Archie specializes in ERP, CRM, HCM, and enterprise applications talent. He partners with clients to develop strategic hiring solutions, helping organisations secure the specialist talent needed to deliver critical transformation programmes.
Prior to joining TalentoHC, Archie began his recruitment career with FRG in 2016, where he became the youngest Principal in the company’s history. By the time he left, he had established himself as the firm’s top permanent biller across Europe. He joined R2, was promoted to Partner within his first year, and played a key leadership role through the company’s successful acquisition by TalentoHC.
Throughout his career, Archie has built and led high-performing recruitment teams, developed long-term partnerships with leading consultancies and enterprise organisations, and consistently delivered exceptional commercial results across highly competitive technology markets.
