Role Snapshot

Talento has partnered with a growing organization in the automotive recovery industry on a search for an HR Manager to oversee talent acquisition and support day-to-day human resources operations. Operating across seven states with nine locations and approximately 50 employees, the company is seeking a hands-on HR professional who can strengthen its recruiting efforts, improve employee engagement, and support managers in building effective teams.

This position is based onsite in Hialeah, FL, and reports directly to the Compliance Manager.

About the Opportunity

The HR Manager will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive, people-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees, can navigate workplace challenges, and is comfortable supporting general office operations in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across nine locations, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring coordination
• Partner with branch managers to identify staffing needs, improve hiring practices, and attract qualified candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding, including new-hire paperwork, employment documentation, and orientation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues.
• Support branch managers and supervisors with employee relations, communication, and people management best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation complies with applicable employment regulations.
• Coordinate with accounting on payroll-related matters, employee information, and personnel updates.
• Work closely with the Compliance Manager to maintain consistent HR processes and policies across all locations.
• Assist with general administrative and office responsibilities as business needs require.
• Travel occasionally to company locations to support hiring and employee-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and recruiting.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, HR documentation, and general employment compliance.
• Experience using Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience supporting multiple business locations is a plus.
