With two decades of human capital management & transformation experience in 30+ industries placing over 20k professionals across 500+ organizations, Juan partners with senior business leaders and human resources management teams to facilitate, align, optimize, and execute.
Prior to TalentoHC, Juan co-founded, managed, and grew a global professional services firm delivering management consulting in human resources & information technology as well as a robust recruiting services offering in search, RPO and staffing. Prior to the global professional services firm, Juan served as Managing Director of an Executive Search & HR Advisory firm and held progressive business & HR roles with an emphasis in talent management, organization design, strategy & transformation, mergers & acquisitions, change management and technology.

Andrea Rodriguez is Group Vice President, Revenue & Operations. She oversees the company’s markets, including the customer experience & recruiting teams across the Americas. Andrea is also responsible for controllership & human resources functions. Previously, Andrea served as the Managing Director for the Miami market and Director of Global Commercial Operations with oversight of marketing, branding & communications.
Prior to TalentoHC, Andrea served as a Market Manager with American City Business Journals where she supported professional services companies including Big 4 CPA firms, local and national recruiting companies, as well as technology and education sector organizations. Prior to ACBJ, Andrea served in progressive marketing roles with Defender Direct, a security & energy services company. Andrea attended Purdue University.

Marlena plays a hands-on role in the development of core infrastructure and administration of the business while developing the processes and procedures to sustain the rapid growth of our innovative organization.
Before Talento, Marlena worked for a large non-profit organization as VP of HR. She also served as an HR consultant for a startup company in creating their policies and procedures and worked as an adjunct professor in Employment Law & HRM at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL.

Sandrea Friedman, Esq.

Sandrea Friedman, Esq.
Sandrea “Sandy” Friedman has been a legal search consultant since 1989. She is a founder and Managing Partner of The PeterSan Group, formed in 1994 with Peter Goldfeder and Peter Gosule. Sandy is also a founder and Managing Partner of PeterSan Legal Staffing.
Sandy graduated second in her class from Hofstra University School of Law where she was a Research Editor of the Law Review. Prior to becoming a legal search consultant, Sandy practiced law for five years as a litigator with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She also holds a Master’s Degree from George Warren Brown School of Social Work, Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, in Psychology from SUNY Buffalo where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Sandy is a Duplicate Bridge Life Master and a professional magician. She was previously a member of the Hofstra University School of Law Dean’s Advisory Committee.

Peter Goldfeder

Peter Goldfeder
Peter Goldfeder started The PeterSan Group in 1994 with Sandrea Friedman and Peter Gosule. Peter has been a legal search consultant since 1987.
Peter works on both contingent and retained searches. He has successfully placed permanent attorneys and compliance professionals with law firms and corporations worldwide. Peter’s placements have included individual partners and groups, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officers, in-house counsel and associates at all levels and in all areas of practice. He also places attorneys into non-legal business positions.
Peter also manages PeterSan Legal Staffing, a premier temporary legal placement firm in New York City. PeterSan Legal Staffing places contract attorneys, permanent and contract paralegal and litigation support professionals with major law firms and corporations.
Peter received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University where he majored in Economics and Marketing. Prior to joining the legal search profession, he worked at Shearson Lehman Brothers and Drexel Trading Corporation.

Peter Gosule
Peter Gosule is a Managing Partner of The PeterSan Group, which he formed with Sandrea Friedman and Peter Goldfeder in 1994. Since entering legal search in 1985, Peter has built a global reputation by leading retained and contingent in-house searches for some of the world’s most important corporations.
As a leader in the legal search industry, Peter has placed attorneys at all levels including General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Deputy General Counsel, Chief IP Counsel, Head of Litigation and Division General Counsel across industry sectors worldwide. His legal and compliance search work spans a wide range of industries (including pharmaceutical, consumer product, aerospace, consumer electronic, chemical, biotech, automotive and manufacturing industries) and includes clients ranging from global Fortune 500 to mid/small cap to growth stage and private equity-backed companies.
Mr. Gosule received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany in 1985, where he was also a four year member of the basketball team. Peter served as a Board Member of the Team Suffolk Swim Club, a nationally ranked Long Island based swim team. He is an avid golfer (desperately trying to improve his game), is active in local community activities and national charities and is a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins and New York Jets (don’t ask). Peter and his wife reside on Long Island, with their three children now grown and flown!

Vanessa Stern is Director of Customer Development and Experience specializing in Executive Search, Direct Hire, Retained, Contingent, and Contract-to-Hire.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Vanessa attended Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy in La Canada Flintridge. Her passion for the arts led her to pursue a BA in Media Arts with a Double Minor in Art History and Graphic Design from The University of Arizona.
She began her career working in the interior design industry focused on sales and business development for high end luxury showrooms at The Pacific Design Center. As a natural connector, she pivoted to recruitment in 2009, working 10 years for Robert Half International managing and leading the top producing Creative and Marketing team in Los Angeles. She went on to work for New York-based Solomon Page expanding their West Coast footprint and operations for Creative and Marketing.
In 2021, she started working in-house for Paramount on the Pluto TV tech strategy team focused on scaling its engineering headcount domestically and internationally. With over 15 years' experience, in 2024 she returned to her roots in staffing by joining TalentoHC.

Thomas brings a multidisciplinary background spanning legal recruiting, operations management, healthcare staffing, and financial services. Prior to joining The PeterSan Group, he served as Managing Director of Business Development at Major, Lindsey & Africa, where he advised law firms and corporate legal departments on complex legal hiring strategies. Earlier in his career, he held progressive leadership roles at Maxim Healthcare Group, including Operations Manager and Business Development Manager, where he built, scaled high-performing recruiting teams, and delivered talent solutions in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
Known for his adaptable, solutions-oriented approach, Thomas is particularly skilled at helping organizations design interim legal benches, accelerate hiring timelines, and reduce reliance on outside counsel for repeatable work. His ability to align legal talent strategy with broader operational and financial objectives makes him a trusted partner to general counsel and firm leadership alike.
Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from William Paterson University of New Jersey and associate degrees in Public Health and Health Care Administration and Management from the Globe Institute of Professional Studies.

Michael Hutt has been a legal search consultant since 1993 and has earned a highly respected reputation as a result of his domestic US and international placements with top quality law firms, corporations, hedge funds and investment banks.
Michael got his JD from Fordham University School of Law. He also has a Masters from Stanford University and a BA from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Prior to attending law school, Michael spent several years working in lobbying and for charitable causes.
Michael works with attorneys at all levels to find the right in-house or law firm associate, counsel or partner position. He is regularly consulted for his expertise in providing reliable and on-target career advice and guidance.
Michael is also excellent at helping candidates prepare for their interviews, talking through their skills for the position and how best to present themselves.
From the perspective of hiring managers and partners, Michael has demonstrated success working with in-house and law-firm clients in presenting them with attorney candidates who have the desired on-point experience and who are also the right fit on the intangibles, such as personality. After reading thousands upon thousands of resumes, deal sheets, business plans and job descriptions, Michael can advise attorneys on how to best write and structure these documents. Thus helping candidates increase the likelihood of getting those all important interviews and clients of finding the best match for their hiring needs. Knowing what the hiring manager/attorney is looking for and presenting one’s experience in a readable and engaging manner can make all the difference.
Michael has also worked on searches for temporary attorneys, attorney/non-attorney compliance professionals, and from time-to-time clients have asked him to find non-lawyers for various other positions such as analysts, or in real estate.
Michael resides with his wife and 2 of his 3 children on Long Island. The 3rd is an Ivy League graduate working towards her Ph.D. Michael is active in the community and is a big Mets and Jets fan. He was thrilled that the Mets made it to the 2015 World Series.

Aisha Harris, Esq.

Aisha is a Managing Director at The PeterSan Group, where she specializes in placing associates of all levels in top-tier national, international and regional law firms as well as in prominent in-house positions. What sets Aisha apart is her role as a true ambassador for her candidates. Aisha’s strong working relationships allow her to better assist candidates in identifying opportunities that are consistent with their personal and professional goals.
Prior to joining the PeterSan Group, Aisha trained at another prominent national search firm where she specialized in business development and the placement of attorneys and paralegals into AmLaw 100 law firms and Fortune 500 companies. Aisha earned her law degree at the University of Michigan, where she was the Butch Carpenter Award for Community Leadership recipient, and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester.
In her spare time, Aisha is an avid Michigan Wolverine and NY Jets football fan, loves hosting game nights with family and friends, and exploring the world through the lens of her 8 year old son.

Jane Irwin, Esq.
Jane Irwin has been a legal search consultant since 1994 and a Managing Director at The PeterSan Group since 1997. She has earned a strong reputation for placing attorneys in-house and with law firms both in the U.S. and internationally. Jane works on associate, counsel and partner level searches on a contingent and retained basis. Jane also develops and manages significant in-house client relationships in the permanent and temporary placement areas.
With over sixteen years of experience in the legal search field, Jane has gained valuable insights on the legal employment market in various economic cycles. She understands from experience how a particular career decision can affect long-term professional goals. Jane enjoys working with attorneys in planning for long-term career development and partnering with clients in building legal departments and retaining legal talent.
Jane received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she wrote for the Minnesota Journal of International Economic Law and Policy. While attending law school, Jane received a scholarship from the Ford Foundation to study European Union Law at the Europa Institute of the Universiteit van Amsterdam. She attended NYU for her undergraduate studies and was awarded a B.A., cum laude, in Politics with a minor in Fine Arts.
Jane was a summer associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson. After graduating from law school, she served as U.S. legal stagiere for the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Prague. Jane is proficient in French and Spanish and has some knowledge of German and Czech. She enjoys the fine arts, classical music, hiking, international political and diplomatic studies and culinary arts. Jane also enjoys interior decorating and recently appeared in an international design magazine. Jane lives in Summit, New Jersey with her husband and son.

Barry Munk has been in the legal staffing business since 1997 and joined PeterSan Legal Staffing in 2009 as our Managing Director, Business Development, specializing in the marketing of temporary attorneys and paralegals throughout the New York metropolitan area. His clients include many of the largest law firms and corporations in the area, as well as smaller and medium sized firms.
Barry received his BA from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst and his JD, cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law. Prior to joining the legal staffing business, Barry practiced corporate law at a well known law firm on Long Island. In his free time, Barry is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and children.

Loren Lee Mustion joined PeterSan Legal Search in February 2017 and has worked in recruiting since 1998. Loren recruits attorneys, legal and compliance professionals for Fortune 100 and AMLAW 200 firms, as well as for start-up companies and sophisticated boutique firms, nationally and internationally. In addition, Loren has experience managing regional and national offices and large business units offering legal search and staffing services. Her experience includes managing the staffing and operation of large projects requiring 100+ contract attorneys. Loren earned her JD from Tulane University and her BA from Syracuse University. She lives in Connecticut and enjoys spending time with her family.

Amanda W. Rabbat, JD, PhD is a Director with The PeterSan Group. Prior to joining The PeterSan Group, Amanda was a patent attorney at Goodwin and Fox Rothschild. Amanda specializes in Intellectual Property and Life Sciences placements at law firms and corporations nationwide.
Amanda received her JD from New York Law School, a PhD in Chemistry from Columbia University and graduated from Mount Holyoke College. Amanda lives in Maplewood, NJ with her husband and two children. She enjoys hiking and skiing with her family in her free time.

Larissa Straker has been working as a legal search consultant since 2005, concentrating on temporary and permanent attorney and non-attorney searches. Temporary assignments have ranged from short-term (one week) to long-term (over three years).
Larissa has placed several attorneys, paralegals, litigation support personnel, patent agents, compliance managers and legal secretaries at law firms of all sizes as well as investment banks and pharmaceutical companies.
Larissa received her BS in Psychology from Columbia Union College in 2001 and is currently living in Brooklyn. In her free time, Larissa loves singing, reading, traveling and listening to music.

Eugenio Benvenuto
Eugenio Benvenuto is a foreign attorney that has worked for New York based since 2015. Leveraging the expertise and insights gained from the years in litigation, Eugenio now specializes in connecting top legal talent with leading firms and corporations all around the globe.
Handling both permanent placements as well as contract positions, Eugenio brings a unique perspective to the world of legal recruitment, helping both candidates and clients achieve their goals with precision and professionalism.
Fluent in Italian and Spanish, Eugenio has a law degree from Universita’ di Perugia (Italy) and an LLM in U.S. and Comparative Law from Fordham Law School.
Eugenio loves to watch soccer games and practicing boxing, as well as playing guitar and deejaying with family and friends, but traveling is his biggest passion.

Janine Krol
Janine Krol is a Director with The PeterSan Group. Prior to joining the firm, Janine recruited for an established legal staffing agency in New York. She specializes in placing permanent and temporary legal talent in New York and other major U.S. legal markets. She has a passion for identifying staffing needs in law firms and corporate legal departments and finding the right candidate for those opportunities. Janine provides a tailor-made approach to both clients and candidates.
Prior to becoming a recruiter, Janine worked in hospitality and promoted events at some of the most popular venues in New York City. She understands the importance of marketing and networking. Janine graduated from St. Francis College with a BS in Criminal Justice.
In her free time, Janine can be found rooting for her New York sports teams, exploring diverse cuisines in the melting pot, at a concert, or catching a good sale at Nordstrom.

Jill Sacher, Esq.

Jill Sacher, Esq.
Jill is a Director at The PeterSan Group. Her practice has primarily focused on law firm partner and counsel placements and now includes associate and in-house roles. Prior to The PeterSan Group, she worked at another well-known legal recruiting firm.
At the outset of her career, Jill practiced law at a mid-size firm in New York. She then worked in HR Recruiting at Goldman Sachs and managed the U.S. executive search practice. After taking time off to raise her three kids, Jill returned to work at Morgan Stanley and worked in Experienced Recruiting and Talent Development where she designed and implemented various HR programs. Jill’s experience practicing law coupled with her career in corporate HR gives her a unique understanding of the career challenges attorneys face as well as the business needs of law firms and corporations.
Jill has placed attorneys and worked on searches across a wide array of practice areas including International Arbitration, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Securities Litigation, Real Estate, M&A, Finance, WCC, Bankruptcy, Labor & Employment and Tax.
Jill is deeply committed to her candidates and clients and believes that transparency, open communication, and trust are critical to a successful relationship. She collaborates with clients to understand their recruiting needs, share market knowledge and help drive search strategies. Jill partners with her candidates to formulate a targeted job search and guide them through the recruiting and hiring process.
Jill earned her law degree at Georgetown University Law Center and received her B.A., magna cum laude, from The University of Michigan. After living in New York City for many years, she now resides in Westfield, New Jersey with her husband.

Chris Brunner-Grande gained a wealth of experience in legal recruiting from his prior role with a full service international legal search firm. Chris enjoys building relationships and takes great pride in finding the right fit for his clients and candidates.
Chris graduated from Syracuse University with a Major in Economics, and went on to receive an MBA from the University of Miami.
Chris is originally from New Jersey and currently resides in Manhattan. In his spare time he loves to watch sports, particularly hockey and football where he roots for the New Jersey Devils and New York Jets.

Sam earned his degree in History from American University. Outside of work, you can find him exploring New York’s food scene, catching a Mets, Jets, or Rangers game, or seeking out the best live music the city has to offer.
He currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and their bernedoodle, who keeps them both on their toes and ensures their weekends start with long walks through Prospect Park.

Fabiana Andrade
Fabiana Andrade is the Lead Recruiter for the Los Angeles team, where she helps drive growth across functions by recruiting for roles ranging from highly technical to creative and strategic positions. With nearly three years of recruiting experience, she’s known for her adaptability, strong candidate relationships, and willingness to take on new challenges.
In her second year, she brought in her own client and, in partnership with Client Executive Maureen Chianese, placed six candidates in under a year—strengthening both the client relationship and internal collaboration. Fabiana was also the first person on the LA team to build a contractor base, helping establish a foundation for flexible, scalable hiring in a fast-moving market.
This year, she has grown into a leadership role and now plays a key part in onboarding and mentoring new analysts—two of whom are already progressing quickly and making an impact across the team.
Originally from Bolivia, Fabiana brings a global perspective to her work and communication style. She studied Psychological and Brain Sciences at UC Santa Barbara and regularly applies behavioral insights to assess candidate fit, support team development, and guide thoughtful hiring decisions.
Outside of work, Fabiana lives in Los Angeles with her wife and their dog, Miles. A lifelong athlete, she’s always game for a run, tennis match, or pickleball—just don’t ask her to play basketball.
