Meet Marlena

Marlena Wesh is Manager, Human Resources at Talento Human Capital, playing a hands-on role in the development of core infrastructure and administration of the business while developing the processes and procedures to sustain the rapid growth of our innovative organization.

Before Talento, Marlena worked for a large non-profit organization as VP of HR. She also served as an HR consultant for a startup company in creating their policies and procedures and worked as an adjunct professor in Employment Law & HRM at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL.
