Call Center Engineer 
Talento has partnered with an organization that was recently recognized as one of America's Fastest Growing Companies in the US. They are a established, yet growing organization with several brands below them where you'll be able to come and make an immediate impact to how their business and the overall industry operates from a technology perspective in a highly collaborative environment. The organization has 8 calls centers nationally distributed across the US and are looking to bring on an engineer to assist in the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing administration of their cloud contact center platform. You will work alongside a lead engineer and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient utilization and enhancement of their platform and solutions. 

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recent experience as an engineer and/or administrator of telephony systems in a call center environment 
  • Experience in one of the following call center software technologies such as Genesys, Cisco, RingCentral, Five9 required 
  • Knowledge and experience with automatic call distributor (ACD) and interactive voice response (IVR) 
  • Excellent knowledge of call center operations and best practices, ideally experience enhancing existing call centers through technology 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Able to work with stakeholders across teams and varying levels

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage IVR scripts, call flows, and routing strategies
  • Configure and customize their contact center platform by working with stakeholders and understanding what's best for the business aligns with what's most scalable 
  • Integrate their contact center platform with other business applications and systems 
  • Set up and maintain agent profiles, skills, queues, etc
  • Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data 
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards within the contact center operations
