Sales Development Representative
Talento Human Capital is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying potential sales opportunities, maintaining an updated pipeline of leads, and contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential sales opportunities primarily via LinkedIn, Google Jobs, Indeed, and prospect customer websites.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of sales leads, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting through Bullhorn, Excel, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide a minimum of 25 sales leads per day from various online platforms.
  • Utilize provided collateral and messaging to effectively reach out to web-sourced leads daily.
  • Report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the sales team.
  • Generate and nurture leads through targeted messaging via LinkedIn and email.
  • Qualify leads to drive sales pipeline, converting MQLs to SQLs through lead nurturing.
  • Proactively market our candidate pipeline to companies with similar job openings to drive interest and engagement.
  • Follow up with leads generated from events to maximize conversion opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Experience in demand generation, lead generations, or sales development.
  • Strong proficiency using LinkedIn, Google Jobs, Indeed, and other online platforms for sourcing leads.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Bullhorn) is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, reading and writing.
