Crew Scheduling Coordinator
Talento has partnered with a large organization in South Florida looking to bring on a Crew Scheduling Coordinator in a hybrid capacity. This person is responsible for the crew rotation, crew movements, and confirmation of all fleet Team Members. This is achieved by closely collaborating with the management teams who are globally distributed with the goal of ensuring they're fully staffed with the appropriate talent.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors degree experience or equivalent years of experience
- 1+ year in crew scheduling highly desirable
- Proficient with MS Suite – Outlook, Word, and intermediate Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great team player, able to work in a demanding environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with several departments relating to crew rotation scheduling to ensure needs are met, adjusting as needed
- Update the crew management system on a daily basis
- Work with external agencies and/or stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Team up with travel departments to arrange flights in accordance to company policies
- Confirm new or returning team members are confirmed weeks in advanced, following company policies in each station
