               Sr. Analyst, Digital Marketing & Sales Analytics

Overview:
Talento has partnered with a large enterprise in the South Florida area to add a Digital Analytics professional to be responsible for generating sales insights from various digital channels to drive customer visits and digital sales. This role will lead sales routines and create reports and analyses to generate valuable insights for the continuous growth and improvement of our digital efforts. 
Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent visibility on digital business metrics and accuracy of data.
  • Lead digital sales routines by consolidating market’s digital sales and reporting on LATAM digital sales KPIs to evaluate business performance.
  • Develop monthly and annual digital sales forecasts based on different business strategies.
  • Provide accurate, insightful analyses on digital sales & digital marketing programs (growth strategies, marketing campaigns, customer lifecycle activations).
  • Create and optimize dashboards using multiple data sources (e.g., traffic analyses, conversion funnels, customer lifecycle) and regularly report on insights derived from these tools to internal and external audiences.
  • Work in partnership with markets to leverage digital drivers and grow digital sales to maximize business results.
  • Design tests, measure impact and learn through a results-driven mindset with cross-functional teams.
  • Measure ROI of different initiatives to inform future opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years of data reporting and analysis
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail to deal with large sets of data
  • Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large sets of data, including excellent Excel skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for understanding customers and results. An ideal candidate can clearly identify a problem, analyze it, develop hypothesis, and propose solutions
  • Start-up mentality, eager to move quickly and work with a lean team, dealing with ambiguities and comfortably handling uncertainties
