Warehouse Sales Associate
Talento has partnered with a Company headquartered in Hialeah that is experiencing double digit growth and evolving its management structure to achieve $500M. This family business has evolved from a start up to an established organization that sells their products online and at retailers across the world such as Home Depot, Walmart, Big Lots, etc. seeking a Warehouse Sales Associate to support a national sales team receiving products from multiples suppliers, tagging them, ensuring they get to photography, and repackaging. Additionally, you'll support the sales team on data entry tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in retail or warehouse environment
- Able to be on your feet and lift up to 50 pound boxes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CRM experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Receive products from multiple vendors: unpackage, inspect, re-package if needed
- Assist with administrative tasks related to new product launches, customer pitches, and sales execution.
- Manage the sample packaging process internally.
- Coordinate internal and external photography processes with our photo studio team and customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound samples by coordinating with our Asia-based suppliers and internal Product Development team.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure timely delivery of new products.
